Payment Mode

Payment will be made via PayPal. Customer who do not have PayPal account, will be able to make a payment with VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

Pricing

Please take note that all pricing stated is not mean for seasonal period, such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas Day, New Year, Lunar New Year, Father’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Substitution

Due to global weather or seasonal conditions, the fresh flowers use to all flower arrangements may be substituted prior to the customer consent.

Cancellation

All cancellation is prohibited prior seven working days before delivery date.

However, customer is allows to change the delivery time or location three working days before delivery date.

*Working days are defined as Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 5pm.

Refund & Exchange

We do not accept any refund, however in case of unsatisfied with our products, please contact us within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 14 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.
