Delivery Information

Can you deliver on the same day?

For same-day delivery, please place your orders before 3:00pm to receive the flowers by 9:00pm. Our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange the delivery time.

Where do you deliver to?

Flower Paradise offers delivery service to the whole of Singapore except restricted areas. Additional delivery charges of up to $20 may apply for certain locations such as Tuas, Sentosa, and Marina Bay Sands. Our Customer Service team will contact you if additional charges apply to your order.

For deliveries to hospitals, please provide the patient’s full name, ward and bed number. As each hospital has different protocols, please understand that your order may not reach a patient’s bedside. We will provide proof that your order has been received by your recipient or a hospital staff.

Our Delivery Commitment

As far as possible, our delivery team will ensure that your order is passed personally to your recipient. Please ensure that your recipient or an authorized person is available at the delivery location to receive the order. Should your recipient be uncontactable, we will leave your order with a receptionist or security guard post.

Flower Paradise will provide proof of delivery once your orders have been delivered.

If there is nobody to receive the order at the arranged delivery time, our Customer Service team will get in touch with the sender. A redelivery fee of $20 is applicable to arrange for delivery at a later timeslot or to schedule the delivery to a different address.

Flower Paradise will not be liable once the orders have been delivered and acknowledged by recipient or on behalf of recipient.

Change, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Can I change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at +65 9822 7551 or email sales@flowerparadise.com.sg Our Customer Service team will get in touch with you to arrange for any top-up/refund if applicable.

For cancellations before delivery of your order:

We will process any cancellation for advance orders as follows:

  • Full refund will be provided if your order is cancelled 3 days in advance of the original delivery date
  • 50% refund will be provided if your order is cancelled 2 days in advance of the original delivery date

For cancellation of orders under same-day delivery, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee any refund for cancellation of these orders.

For refund requests

Any return or refund requests made will be at the discretion of Flower Paradise.

Flower Paradise prioritises customer satisfaction. For any unsatisfactory orders, please get in touch with our Customer Service team. Kindly provide us with your invoice number, reasons for requesting for a return/refund and photos of the order.

What happens if my recipient received a wrong order?

Please inform our Customer Service team. Flower Paradise will arrange for another delivery with the correct order soonest possible at no additional cost.
